Complementary to the hands-on practical learning undertaken on the Farrer farms, it is in the Agricultural Centre of Excellence that
Students learn about the business side of farming. As any farmer will tell you, there is a lot more to farming that watching cattle and
crops grow.
Students are actively involved in running the livestock auctions for the Annual Farrer Angus Bull Sale and White Suffolk Ram Sale which are held in the Agricultural Centre of Excellence .
