Year 11 & 12 Visual Arts Art Express Webinar

Year 11 and 12 Visual Arts students were fortunate to gain insight into the Art Gallery of New South Wales Art Express exhibition through a webinar last friday. Art Express curates a selection of high performing Body of Work artworks from the previous year’s HSC cohort in a wide range of forms. We heard first hand from four students whose works feature in the exhibition with some highly valuable tips. Thanks to AGNSW for fostering online opportunities for regional and remote students and a huge thanks to the past students for sharing their experience and insights. Farrer students use the online resources available to digitally collate their own My ArtExpress exhibition with works of interest to their own artmaking. We are also excited to have the opportunity to follow this up with an upcoming visit to the Tamworth Regional Gallery to view its current selection of Art Express artworks.
