Farrer Old Boy Jackson Purdy

We're thrilled to announce that Farrer Old Boy Jackson Purdy has been awarded the prestigious Ma & Morley Scholarship at the University of Newcastle!

Jackson is pursuing a Bachelor of Education (Primary), a degree that will equip him with the skills to inspire young minds and make a lasting impact in education. This scholarship is part of a transformative program that aims to cultivate the next generation of globally aware and socially conscious leaders.

The Ma & Morley Scholarship Program supports students who demonstrate leadership aspirations and a commitment to making a difference. It offers a unique opportunity for students to engage in immersive experiences, networking, and personal development activities.

Jackson was very grateful for the support he received from teachers; Mrs Tamara Gasson and Ms Danne Levy during the application process.
