Farrer Food Tech Students Have Been Cooking Up A Storm
Year 10 cooked dumplings last Friday. They made the filling, hand rolled each dumpling using a variety of techniques, and then cooked the dumplings using two different methods, pan frying and boiling.
Year 9 completed their Cupcakes for Special Occasions assessment task last week, where they had to research a special occasion, and then design and decorate cupcakes for their chosen special occasion. Themes included Christmas, NAIDOC week, Wedding, New Years eve and Australia Day.
