Year 9 and 10 Farrer Aboriginal students attended the 2024 Careers on Country at Trelawney Station, Somerton.

Careers on Country is an annual careers expo specifically tailored for Aboriginal students.

Throughout the day students interacted with various employment and higher education sectors, including; Universities, TAFE, Defence Force, Emergency Services, Gomeroi Education and Training, Training Services, Joblink Plus, Apollo Engineering and Water NSW.

The students explored career pathways, further study opportunities and heard first hand the benefits of working for each organisation.
