A Heartfelt Surprise

As marketing coordinator, I'm used to being behind the camera, not in front of it. But today, I was caught completely off guard by our thoughtful Year 12 students who presented me with a Gratitude Award as part of their leadership campaign.

Receiving this award was a great honour. I love my work at Farrer and enjoy going about my daily tasks, but to be appreciated and recognised in this way is truly special. I was excited to be part of the team and assist them with marketing their World's Greatest Shave campaign, and it's been a pleasure to see their enthusiasm and dedication shine through. The boys are considerate and thoughtful, which is why assisting them with the World's Greatest Shave has been so easy and enjoyable over the past few months. I was more than happy to help them, and now I'm humbled by this recognition.

It's moments like these that remind me of the incredible work being done here at Farrer. Farrer is not just educating students; it is producing thoughtful, compassionate, and community-minded young men who are making a real difference. I feel privileged to be part of this community!
