A Dream Come True
In an inspiring display of perseverance and dedication, Jack Todd, a proud product of the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs' Pathways system, made his highly anticipated NRL debut on the 29th of March. Hailing from Dungowan, Todd’s journey to the top has been marked by hard work, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of his dream.
A graduate of Farrer Memorial Agricultural High School in 2020, Todd's passion for rugby league quickly saw him join the Bulldogs’ ranks in 2019. Though his journey was not without challenges. including injuries that slowed his progress in 2024, Todd's determination never wavered. After impressing during the pre-season, he secured his spot in the starting lineup, making his debut in Round 4 against the Cronulla-Sutherland Sharks on March 29th.
This moment is not just a personal achievement for Todd, but a testament to the power of perseverance. From his humble beginnings in Dungowan to the bright lights of the NRL, Todd’s rise serves as a reminder that hard work and belief in yourself can turn dreams into reality. As he took the field for the Bulldogs, Jack Todd not only represented his club but also inspired the next generation of players chasing their own rugby league dreams.
