2024 Negs Leadership Bbq

Farrer captains, Iva Haling, Will Hamel and Riley Gentle attended the annual Leadership Event at NEGS Armidale. The evening allows student representatives from New England schools, such as NEGS, PLC, O’Connor High School, TAS, Calrossy, Uralla Central School to meet and share ideas on how leadership is structured at their school and what their roles as captains entail and how they contribute to school life. The students also share ideas on how to motivate cohorts and give back to communities.

The night was a huge success, and we would like to thank NEGS Armidale for hosting. Our student leaders shared their visions, values and structures with others in a similar position and enjoyed hearing the diverse way other schools empower their students through leadership skills and community opportunities.
