UAA/NIAS Indigenous Talent ID Day
UAA/NIAS INDIGENOUS TALENT ID DAY
Indigenous students aged 13 – 16 traveled to Armidale for a day of fun-filled sports activities and fitness testing.
Special guest speaker, NRL legend and Indigenous advocate Dean Widders assisted on the day with mentoring, coaching and inspirational
leadership.
Students identified during the day will receive an invitation to join the NIAS Sports Programs selection trials later in the year, paving the way for further opportunities to hone their skills and excel in their chosen sports.
