Refectory "The Fec"
Feeding growing boys is an important full-time job.
The Refectory, also known affectionately as the FEC, is staffed by professional cooks, supported by a team of kitchen and dining room
assistants dedicated to the nutritional care of the students.
Catering staff are trained in hygienic practices and management of food intolerances and allergies. The menu rotates over five weeks
giving the boys variety whilst remaining focussed on quality, wholesome and nutritious meals.
The Refectory staff prepare over one thousand meals a day, as well as cater for excursions, social and sporting events.
