Louise Gillett
Head Teacher (Relieving) English
Louise has enjoyed teaching in urban and rural settings for many years, in a variety of teaching and leadership roles. As Acting Head of English, she is dedicated to providing opportunities that encourage our students to grow into confident, compassionate and community minded young men. She is proud to be a part of a team of passionate teaching professionals who are dedicated to nurturing our students’ appreciation of literature and the role that stories play, in our appreciation of the self and our place within the world.
As a history buff, Louise enjoys travelling to survey the ruins of past civilisations across Europe and Asia. She enjoys cooking, writing, hiking and wandering across the globe with a camera and journal in hand.
