Once again our Farrer boys marched with pride in the 2018 ANZAC Day Tamworth March. As per usual our school brought up the rear of the procession proudly marching to the beat of our drummers.

Considering ANZAC Day occurred in the middle of the school holidays we were extremely pleased to have approximately 170 students in attendance ably  led by our School Captain Alex Roseby and Dayboy Vice Captain William Clinch with Joshua Irvine as the Flag Bearer. At the conclusion of the march Farrer was honored to lay a wreath at the Memorial Service held in the Tamworth Town Hall.

Prior to the 9.30am march, 24 of our students braved the early morning chill to attended the Dawn Service under the supervision of Mr David Gale, Deputy Principal Residential.

In addition to the Tamworth march several of our boys marched in their home town, and some played in their local band to mark the occasion.

Thank you to the students and teachers who participated and to our parents for their support.
